TOP TEAMS

In collaboration with mountaineer Katja Staartjes and photographer Menno Boermans, we designed the layout for Topteams, a book that draws powerful parallels between mountain climbing and building high-performing teams. Each chapter reflects the unique atmosphere and challenges at different altitudes, with colors that resemble the natural hues found at various heights in the mountains. These visual elements immerse readers in the climb, echoing Staartjes' experiences. The design enhances her message that as you ascend, teamwork and adaptability become more crucial than ever.
